At Sterling by Music Man, we want you to be fully satisfied with your instrument purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team or log into your account to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Instrument

  Securely pack the guitar in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked shipping.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
